Health and Safety is Africa’s leading online Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) magazine and a proud member of the SHEQAfrica.com Network.
MISSION
We aim to promote workplace safety by providing an online platform for Health and Safety news, articles, products, services, jobs and blogs that is uniquely focussed on Africa.
Health and Safety serves workplace Health and Safety decision makers. The website is designed to keep workers, managers and OHS professionals informed on major issues, up to date on new developments, and in touch with current thinking in the African Safety community.
VISITORS
We define our audience as “people who make decisions about Health and Safety issues in the workplace” and receive approximately 1800 unique visitors a month. Of these visits, 98,2% originate in African countries.
CONTENT
Our content targets managers, Safety coordinators, OHS staff, hygienists, loss control specialists, engineers, doctors, Occupational Health nurses, Health and Safety committee members, Environment managers, Safety representatives, government and organised labour officials.
The website is updated on a daily basis with news and articles that includes feature stories dealing with African Health and Safety trends, new developments and emerging issues. Articles also covers case studies and profiles of innovative and successful programs and people.
